Playbook Management

Function Introduction​

Playbooks are reusable custom Prompts. When submitting tasks to Dakou, users can select a playbook as context for Dakou to reference. Generally, the following can be set as playbooks:

  • Standard SOPs: When processing specific problems, let Dakou follow SOP processes to reduce hallucinations
  • Successful Experiences: Successful experiences in handling certain types of problems, facilitating replication by others using playbooks.

Detailed Operations​

Create Playbook​

  1. Access Path: Visit Dakou —— Playbook Management —— New Playbook

  1. Add playbook content and create playbook
    • Playbook Name: Identifier for the playbook
    • Playbook Content: Such as standard SOP processes for handling certain types of tasks, supporting Markdown format

View Playbooks​

  • My Created: Displays all playbooks created by the user

  • My Favorites
    • Displays all playbooks favorited by the user
    • Sources of favorited playbooks can be those created by the user or shared playbooks from the playbook square

Playbook Square​

  • The playbook square displays all public playbooks. Users can favorite playbooks needed for their requirements
  • Content Sources:
    • Demonstration playbooks provided by the Dakou platform
    • Public playbooks shared by other users (not yet supported)

Use Playbooks​

  • When users initiate sessions, they can select a playbook for Dakou to reference

  • Currently, users can select: playbooks they created or have favorited
